Is this just software or is this a service?

Both! We have options for owners that want to do it themselves and options for those that just want to get it off their plate. We do suggest at least letting us set everything up for you and training you, if you go the selve serve route. We've found that's the best way to get the most value.

Can I purchase just 1 feature?

Yes! If you're not ready to go all in, you can purchase just one feature. Website & hosting, Review automation, and Email Follow ups are very common ones that owners tend to start with. If you are unsure about what plan to chose or what features you need, feel free to reach out!

Can I talk to a human?

Yes! We ourselves are a small business. As of right now we are a team of 3. We'd love to talk and walk you through each step of the way. If you're in Indiana or a surrounding state we'd even go out and see you in person. We know you're busy running your business, so we want to make this as easy as possible for you.

Is there a contract?

Our plans are set up to be month to month plans and can be cancelled at anytime. If you are willing to be on a longer 12 month contract we can offer you a 20% discount.

Are SMS & Email Fees Included In The Price?

Each plan is unique, but yes. Each plan has a built in amount of credits that are included. If you spend more than the alloted credit, then you will be charged for what's used. 10,000 emails costs $10 and 1170 text messages costs $10. The cost of SMS and Email are very cheap.

How Do I Know This Will Work For Me?

This is a great question. No one will care for your business as much as you do, but we will be the 2nd best person to care for your business. Our passion is to help businesses grow and we want that to be you. We GUARANTEE that our system will at a minimum cover its own cost. If not, we'll give it to you for free until it does.
